OlaWear is an online store based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

We currently ship within Canada. If you are located outside Canada, contact us before ordering to ask whether delivery may be available.

Standard shipping within Canada costs $10 CAD for orders below $70. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 CAD or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather and peak shopping periods. Tracking information will be emailed when available after your order has shipped.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

Review the size guide and product information before ordering. Because body shapes and fit preferences vary, compare the listed measurements with underwear that already fits you comfortably. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.

We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

For hygiene reasons, underwear may only be eligible for return or exchange when it is unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact and any hygiene seal unbroken. Defective, damaged or incorrect products are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days after the refund is issued.

Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or exchanged for cash.

Check that the code was entered correctly, has not expired, applies to the products in your cart and meets any minimum purchase requirement. Discount codes generally cannot be combined. Contact us before completing your purchase if it still does not work.

Always follow the care instructions on the product label. To help preserve softness, colour, shape and elasticity, use a gentle wash cycle with similar colours and avoid excessive heat.
