Shipping Policy

OlaWear is an online store based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We currently ship orders within Canada.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $70 CAD: $10 flat-rate shipping
Orders of $70 CAD or more: Free shipping

The free-shipping minimum is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Processing Time

Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, holidays or other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most Canadian orders arrive within 2–8 business days after being shipped. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Correct Shipping Information

Please check your name, address and postal code carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at olawear.shop@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it. OlaWear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

Delivery delays caused by the carrier, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please email olawear.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will review the issue and help you contact the shipping carrier when necessary.

Please report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to OlaWear because the address was incorrect, incomplete or the delivery was refused, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping it again.
