Welcome to OlaWear. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of olawearshop.ca and any purchases made through our website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, you must use this website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.

3. Products and sizing

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, photographs, sizes, materials and prices accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and the applicable size guide before ordering. A particular fit cannot be guaranteed because body shapes and individual preferences vary.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Prices, taxes and shipping charges

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase. Standard shipping within Canada is currently:

  • Free on qualifying orders of $70 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes.

  • $10 CAD on orders below $70 CAD.

We may change prices or shipping rates for future purchases. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Promotional and regular-price claims are intended to reflect genuine prices. Promotions may have additional conditions and expiration dates.

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may correct the error before accepting the order. If payment has already been collected and we cannot fulfill the order at the displayed price, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

5. Orders and order confirmation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order remains subject to product availability, payment authorization and our confirmation.

After your order is accepted, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. Please review it promptly and contact us if any information is incorrect.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Payment cannot be authorized.

  • There is an obvious pricing or product-description error.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • The order violates these Terms and Conditions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Wix and the payment providers available at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own terms and processing times.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods, address errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, delivery or refund rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Returns, exchanges and hygiene

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because underwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, had their tags removed or had a hygiene seal broken may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged during delivery or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at olawear.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Apply only during the stated promotional period.

  • May be limited to selected products or customers.

  • May require a minimum purchase.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Cannot be applied to previous orders.

  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

If a return causes an order to fall below the minimum amount required for a discount or free shipping, the applicable promotional adjustment may be reflected in the refund where permitted by law and disclosed in the Refund Policy.

You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s information.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labour disruptions, carrier delays, government restrictions, service outages or interruptions to transportation networks.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and complete or refund affected orders as required by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply to future website use and purchases. They will not retroactively change the terms of an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.
